A Wolmarans Inc. Attorneys is a dynamic, dedicated and rapidly expanding law firm; specializing in road accident and personal injury claims; with its Head Office situated in the metropolitan hub of Randburg. Formed in 2006 by A. J. J. Wolmarans, the firm found its roots as a one-man operation focused on providing unparalleled service to individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents in South Africa. Even after rapid expansion, this core value has remained as the number one priority of the firm in its daily operations.
To this end, the firm’s dynamic management team have implemented several bespoke IT systems aimed at ensuring our technological edge in the legal domain and the personal injury claims process. Internal training and staff upliftment initiatives are integral to maintaining this status quo and management strive to regularly bring legal and medical experts into the teaching fold who provide in-house webinars and contact sessions to our staff. The nett result is ultimately to render a specialized, professional service to all our clients and service providers.
Countless hours have been expended in creating a flawless process with the correct staff members to ensure seamless finalization of our clients’ claims. By creating such systems, we are able to tend to our clients’ needs in an attempt to relieve the burden which they may be carrying. Brief negotiations and intense scrutiny followed where every facet of the business was cast under the spotlight. The end result was an invitation to represent 51 medical aid schemes as their recognized panel attorneys. In essence, the firm is linked to each scheme as a partner in providing a value added service to their respective members. To date, the firm has an untarnished reputation and working relationship with each of the medical aid panels on which we serve. In addition to the local schemes, the firm also has ties to international medical insurance organizations who entrust all South African based claims to us to finalize.
